I dislike the photos app. I have several events synced from iPhoto and they don't work anymore. Dumb.

I don't like how if I have two tabs open, it doesn't go back to the other one unless you manually tap it.

It's early but fir me it's a tie between the photo app & Safari.

My head is still spinning from being overwhelmed with the new features in Mavericks.

The new way to access the search feature is somewhat underrated... I'm not even sure was mentioned or shown during the keynote... Understandably so

Not sure we've really had time to call anything underrated yet, but one thing that jumped out as being under-exposed at least was that you can now access Notification Center from the lock screen, Lockinfo style. Don't recall that coming up during the keynote.

For you do-it-yourself types: apparently the compass app now includes a built-in level.

For me, it would be the folder changes. Now I can put newsstand away, and not be stuck with 16 apps. I hated having to make so many folders stock. So yay.

The Clock app icon has the correct time.

That’s a nice touch... even the second hand moves...skeumorphism lives!
