Why don't I have any text message alerts since updating to iOS 7.13?

No text message alert ios 7.13 suddenly stops alerts

I used to get text message alerts when someone text me now it suddenly stoped did hard reset also sounds chose sound for text turn Bluetooth on of shut of all notifications in notification center reset all settings nothing worked I did everthing that the internet says when searching this issue please help

1. Check the mute switch on the side of the device.
2. Check to make sure that the Do Not Disturb feature hasn't been enabled.
3. Turn up the volume
4. Go to Settings - Sounds and verify that a tone is set for "Text Tone".
5. Go to Settings - Notifications- Messages, and then make sure that "Show Alerts from Everyone" is checked.

I fixed issue no text aler notification on ios iphone here is solution Dude I think i FINALLY FOUND A SOLUTION!
Now with jailbreak possible on I



Step 1
Jailbreak

Step 2
Download IFile

Step 3
Open IFile and do as follows.
/ Systems Library LaunchDeamons tehn delete the file (com.apple.iapd.plist)

Step 4
Start you phone over.

Step 5
Enjoy
And if you have cydia tweak called anyring erase it and it will work I erased that (com.apple.iapd.plist with ifile and text alert notification worked then I reinstalled cydia tweak anyring and again text notification stopped then I deled cydia tweak anyring and once again text notification worked again
