How to enlarge the caller ID pic??

I set a pic from my iPhone 5S as a caller ID pic, but when that person calls me... I only see a tiny circle pic in the upper-right corner.
How can I change it, so that it turns up full screen?

Apple changed it with iOS 7.

You may be able to find a jailbreak tweak to change it but for now you can't.

How is it implemented in ios 8? Is it an option?

From testing it out there isn't a option for it, it just automatically goes full screen by default.

That's good news. I don't know why they switched it to the small picture in the upper right corner in the first place. But I am glad that the full ID picture will be back.
