How to copy photos from Mac to iPhone

I organize my photos by folder in the Pictures location in Finder. How do I copy an entire folder from my Mac to my iPhone so that the same folder name and it's contents show up on the iPhone in Photos\Albums?

ITunes... You can select a folder or folders to sync via the device's "photos" tab in iTunes.
