Push Notifications - No Sounds From WSJ & Bloomberg

All setting are enabled.
I get the push notifications from WSJ & Bloomberg apps but no sound.
All of my other push notifications from other apps have sound.
Anyone else?
Any ideas?

I don't know, but there's a similar complaint regarding the ABC News app by a reviewer via the App Store.

No sounds on my iPad either for these particular push notifications.
