Upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1.2 instead of 6.1.3

Hi,
I know that you need SHSH blobs to downgrade from 6.1.3 to 6.1.2, but I have not upgraded my device to 6.1.3. I have an iPhone 4. Can I download a 6.1.2 IPSW file for my iPhone and restore it with iTunes or redsn0w?

Not without the blobs... the issue is that Apple is no longer signing 6.1.2... so without the blobs, you can’t get there from here...
