Facetime cannot be activated

Im on iphone 5 6.0.1 and i successfully activated my imessage but the only problem. When i reset the settings i cannot activate the facetime. I tried using cellular data and wifi. But its not working. Please help

What happens if you tell it WiFi only?

Have you tried logging out and logging back in to your Apple ID?

I dealt with this yesterday actually. All I did was simply back the phone up to iTunes, wipe the device and restore it and it worked fine.
