That's actually quite poor for LTE. I usually get way more than that on HSPA+.

I thought that was good for being so close to a military base. AT&T iPhones don't even get any data just the "0" logo.

Just updated my iP5 with beta5. So far so good. I will be updating the iPad w/ Retina, iPad Mini and iPhone4s in a little while to test those as well.
