    How to remove Documents & Data in apps w/o deleting them? Because it taking a lot of my space.

    Default Documents & Data

    Go into settings, general, usage, scroll down to the iCloud section, manage storage, give it a second to populate the documents & data section, select an app, click the edit button, and select the delete all button.
