Okay so my mini is updated but the software update section of settings for my IPad 3 and IPhone 4S doesn't give me the option to update, saying that 6.01 is the latest version. Is this correct?

6.0.2 only runs on the iPhone 5 and iPad 4. It fixes a problem specific to that hardware.

iOS 6.0.2 is only for the iPhone 5 and the iPad Mini
