Flagged inbox issues

Every once in a while my exchange account will not sync the flagged emails into a flagged inbox. I turn my work email on and off daily. Anyone else had this issue where it doesn't always sync?

I normally don't flag any of my emails, but let me do some testing and see what I come up with. This is full work exchange and not Gmail exchange correct?

Okay My Work Exchange, which is full Exchange server Marked flagged works. I tried it a bunch of times.

Mine works sometimes but most of the time it doesn't. Take a look.

Also it works fine on my iPad with the same setup.

This is full work exchange and not Gmail exchange correct?

Yes that's right. Just did a full reset of my phone and fresh installs of apps and still does it.

I have my Gmail setup as Exchange and I have noticed that it doesn't ALWAYS 'sync' the flagged items to my iPad and visa versa.

Weird...

I'm not sure if gmail is supposed to sync the stars in gmail to flags on iPhone. My account is a work exchange server which I would think would work better than gmail?
