I'm not a developer so idk but I am sure one of these sites will post what changes they dig up once they get into it.

My understanding is that changelogs are under NDA folks. Like the Matrix, you need to see them for yourselves.

Registered developers know where to see beta changelogs...

MacRumors says:

Apple mentions a number of changes and known issues, including several related to how developers can integrate Apple's new mapping service in their apps, as well as an improvement to how boarding passes are handled in Passbook, and a few minor changes to Safari.

A couple of things. Lock screen music controls have changed. Maps program report a problem button is much bigger. Modem firmware took a big jump from 1.10.00 on iOS 6.0.1 to 3.04.01. That's a pretty big jump.

Yea. I noticed my signal seems to have gotten better in my place. I normally get 2 bars of LTE and now I seem to be sitting at 4 (indoors).

Updated... glad to see it didn't wipe my iphone 5 clean (ie. didn't have to restore from backup)... Will see if the cell signal is better at work tomorrow... I get about 1 bar at my desk but can still make calls... other areas of the building I get no signal at all... So curious to see if the modem firmware update improves reception or not...

This is strictly for testing. The benefit is that you can find bugs and provide feedback for public release in a few weeks (around 6). The downside? You can totally hose your phone.
