Name displayed for shared photostream is wrong

I noticed that with my mother in law her name shows up as her husbands name when she comments or likes a photo. When my wife upgraded to iOS 6 same thing... Showed up as my name. Figured out its because it used the name on the credit card associated with the iTunes account and not the apple id. That's really annoying... Anyone else experience this?

I changed the CC info and my kids name still shows up as mine.
