Is there a way to make phone unavailable, but keep internet connection active?

I'm just wondering, is there a way to block all incoming phonecalls (the number you're trying to reach is not available), but at the same time keep all your other connections, like internet, active?

One option is to put the phone into Airplane mode and then enable WiFi. It won't state that you're unavailable, it'll just send the caller straight to your voicemail.

I like this option but if WiFi is not available, you can use the the "do not disturb" mode.
