Email Attachments Do not show

I notice that when I forward e-mails with attachments they show properly in my sent folder but the recipient will receive that same e-mail but with no attachment. Any thoughts? Any workaround?

What email service are you sending from, and what email service are they using? Exchange?

Could be security setting on their account or settings blocking it?

It is exchange. And it seems to be random.
