Shared Photostreams fail

Great, So I can create a shared stream on my phone and share it with myself. On windows with the 2.0 control panel an empty folder is created but none of the pics download. I figured they would download and I can save the files from the album. Uggghhh

As far as I know, to share a photo stream.....


Make sure you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 6 or a Mac running OS X 10.8.2 with iPhoto 9.4 or Aperture 3.4 installed.

With the iCloud Control Panel, what it does Is let you create the photo stream and add photos to it and share them but any photos you add to it on your phone do not automatically get sent back to the shared photo Stream on your computer, although any picture does go back down to your regular photo stream I think it's just a stupid implementation that they need to fix
