VIP mailbox and groups

When I first installed iOS 6 I somehow found how to add contacts to this list and added a few. Now I want to add a few more and I can't figure out how to get back to that setting area.

I also can't figure out how to put people in groups like family or work.

Can someone help?

Mail then tap just on the arrow next to VIP. That gives options

Sorry I figured out the VIP part. I didn't realize that tapping the arrow had a different effect from just clicking on the bar.

Just need to know how to create groups. Thanks
