Missing Passbook

anyone had this issue? ive managed to update my new ipad but passbook is not there. can anyone help/assist me please.

Passbook is an iPhone app, not an iPad app.

I am seem to be having a problem with Passbook on my iPhone 4s. When I open the program I get 1st screen, when click on the App Store button I get the second screen. If I manually go to App Store I am able to access it no problem. Any Ideas?
