Okay, finally got the update in Hawaii - OTA update shows 3 hours remaining. Looks like I'll be leaving my phone at home today. *sigh*

The servers are jammed LOL! I just went from less than 1 minute to 9 minutes remaining.

9 minutes to 7 minutes to 4 minutes to 2 minutes...

Right now I'm at 9 again
