Split Button List

We are trying to design an application that deals with a tree view. We want to avoid a tree view at all cost for ipad and iphone. jquery mobile does a split button list and that would solve out problem but out coders don't want to use jquery or do custom code. Is there something with in the Apple Tool Kit that is similar to what jquery mobile offers with their split button list. Very lost and at this point it looks like a tree view is going to have to happen unless we can get this to work though the Apple Tool Kit.
