Notification Center SNAFU Question

Somehow my weather widget has ended up in the middle of the Notification Center (NC). Is there a way to organize the NC so the widget is on the top of the NC?

They are organized by the order that they are turned on in settings. If you want weather on top turn it off in the notification settings and then toggle it back on it will go to the top.

If you go to Settings, Notifications, then on the right go to Edit. Then on the right there is three lines and press and hold and swipe weather back up to the top.
