i need help towards a software that can help me jailbreak and unlock iphone 3g,3gs,4g,4gs after i might have finish restoring it through itune...

please can anyone suggest a good site that will give me the software, that will jailbreak and unlock the listed iphone like mentioned above

so that it will be pretty more easy for me to jailbreak and unlock it when i restore my iphone..
