Annoyance in iOS iPhone

Any one else have the problem.

When I am listening to music with my headphones. I then get a phone call, so I disconnect my headphones to talk on the phone. After the phone call I hang up. And then the problem occurs and the music restarts. You should be able to detect that the headphones have been disconnected and no start the music back up.

Why do you disconnect the headphones to talk on the phone?

I would leave the headphones in and talk to the person that's calling me. That'll solve the problem.
