5.0 great bat life all of a sudden

ive suddenly noticed fantastic battery life on my iPhone 4 5.0

i had bat issues. was getting about 4hrs usage and 6hrs standby.

the last 2 days: apple servers have been down.
the last 2 days; my bat went to 6.5hrs usage and 16hrs standby.

maybe the batt issues had to do with the apple servers.
ie. currently the following does not work for me:
1. iMessage
2. iTunes Store
2. Game Center
4. FaceTime
5. App store

everything else works just fine...

Working fine for me as well. Have you tried resetting the phone?

Apple servers down? Never heard any issues. But maybe you need a restore to fix battery and other issues.

back up.. apparently they were updating for the 4s launch.
