battery fix with 5.0.1

I know 5.0.1 will be available for anyone not already on it, but everything I read and hear says its a battery fix for the iPhone 4S. Does apple think the battery issues is only with the 4S?

It's an iOS 5 issue.

I think Apple is aware of this being an iOS 5 issue which is why they are working on getting 5.0.1 out.
