Server timed out?

I have been trying to update my Iphone 4 to IOS 5. After waiting for the download for 20 minutes a window pops up and says your phone cannot be updated, the server timed out, check your server settings and try again. WTF?

No. The phone has been jail broke though. I can live without that.

Do you have kapersky? If yes disable that while doing the update.
