Remove Notification Drop Down

Hello,
I use Citrix for work on our Ipad and i have a pull down menu at the top and it keeps grabbing the notification center. Is there a way to remove this? Any help would be great.

I already tried selecting each item an turning it off. I still get te drop down though and on that page there is no button or toggle I just turn notification center off.

Yeah there isn't that option on my 4S either.

I think that that option went away in iOS 5.

Yeah I removed all the notifications and turned them all off but it then shows a blank notification drop down.
