Contacts - no Exchange Global Address List

I have exchange account set up in Mail, Contacts, Calendars but I don't sync Contacts.
In iOS4, under Contacts > Groups I had Exchange Global Address List.

Now it's gone. Do I really need to sync all exchange contacts to get this?
In iOS4 I didn't have to

Your exchange provider needs to offer LDAP for you to get that.

Just switch the Contacts option to 'ON' and a Groups button comes available in your Contacts app, allowing you to choose the address list you like to use.

In my Case i had to activate the "Outlook Web Access" in ActiveDirectory > User > Exchange-Features, after activating, the Global Adresses showed up.
