Is it possible to share reminders with other people?

Hi everyone!
Let me explain it like this. We are using a shared ical calendar at work with few colleagues, no problem with that. But then we thought it would be nice if we could share only reminders sometimes, just for specific jobs. I mean independent from our shared ical calendar. Does anyone have an idea about if it's possible. I searched since yesterday but no success. I would really appreciate if anyone can help. Positive or negative.
