ipod touch ios 5 help?!

so i was trying to update my ipod touch 3G to ios 5, and it worked smoothly until after it finished updating the software. however, all my apps, music, movies, and etc. were gone! i was using a new computer with iTunes that i had only synced a couple of times with, but i've been using copytrans for the last month. so, some of my music wasn't copied on itunes, and i thought that the required backup when you're updating would be enough (really, stupid, i know)...is there any way to copy all my playlists, geniuses, and other music onto my ipod? i'm freaking out because there are a good 100 songs left out of it...thanks!
