It did cause my phone to freeze though...
So I decided to just pull it out of the folder.
Newstand is just one of those things I won't ever use...at least not at the moment.
Wish Apple would have an option inside settings to hide certain apps. I get not being able to delete native apps, but hiding them would be a nice feature.My iOS App: Timecard Pro

You guys do realize that you found a bug and are using that to do something that is as likely as not to cause problems with file management on your device.
The bug has been reported to Apple (in the bug track system since August) and I'm sure they will squash it soon.
I for one would not force nested folders through this mechanism on a production device. Certainly not one where I expect things like backups and file management to work...
