Jailbroken 4.3.1 to ISO5

What are the steps needed to upgrade to IOS5 from a previous jailbroken phone.

I think I have to restore to an unjailbroken phone, but I can't find the link to it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

DFU mode

Just put it in DFU mode and then you can restore/update....

I did what pastor tommy said I put my phone in dfu mode and updated it worked like a charm.

I reset the phone on the handset first. After that I plugged into itunes and installed iOS5. from there I restored from the back I did earlier that day even though it was a jail broke backup everything went smooth.

I do miss my jail break though, I thought I would be able to see my drop down notification from the lock screen but can't seem to get that to work.
