Not all my music is playing

I actually thought I got through the update clean but then realized that all my songs that I did not buy through iTunes are not playing. They show up in my list and even have artwork but they do not play - it just skips down to the next iTunes-purchased song.

Any thoughts?

Happened to me on my iPad. Sync again on iTunes until it picks them up.
