Mising contacts on iPhone, but the Cloud has them
So, I just upgraded my iPhone 3Gs to iOS5 and so far, everything is going pretty smooth, except for this one issue I can't seem to find an answer to.
My contacts are no longer on my iPhone, but they are in iCloud. Any fixes for this or suggestions???
Greatly appreciated."Don't pet the sweaty things, and don't sweat the petty things"

***UPDATE***
Don't know how it got fixed, but it is now fixed. I do believe the suggestion by Rob516 is what worked without me knowing it."Don't pet the sweaty things, and don't sweat the petty things"

Oh, the wonderful world of iCloud.

My contacts aren't showing up on my iPhone 4 but are on iCloud (along with some contacts that I'm not sure where they came from). I've tried resynching with iTunes but still hasn't shown up.

***solved***
So it looks as if you need to have iCloud configured on your PC before all your data will completely sync to you iPhone. In my case, I didn't have iCloud configured from System Preferences on the Apple menu on my MAC.
Try configuring iCloud on your PC first. That should do the trick.

This happened to my mom's iphone 3gs. One of the following two things fixed it:
1 - opening icloud.com on the computer and viewing the contacts (not likely)
2 - pressing the refresh button at the top of the contacts app on the phone
Good luck to everyone that has this problem.
