There can always be minor changes between now and then, but generally yes this is the GM (Golden Master) that will be installed to final retail products.

iOS 5 GM bugs?

Just upgraded to the iOS 5 GM that was released today and noticed that whenever I goto settings > General > Software Update, I get an error saying:

"unable to check for update
an error occured while checking for a software update."

Is anyone else getting this same error with iOS 5 GM?

You can not update iOS 5 to the GM OTA, only with iTunes sadly.

Please re-read the post. The OP said that he has already upgraded to GM and now he gets the error when he checks for an update. *SMH*

Causes the phone to display the current PRL version and ERI version... and apparently with iOS5 it no longer functions as it did on iOS4.x.x - it no longer works for me.
