E-mail and iOS 5 beta 1

Two problems I am having...

1. For some reason even when iCloud is turned off, i am getting emails pushed to my inbox twice

2. my emails are deleting automatically. I have had old emails from Dec 2010 and feb and jan of this year and they are deleting slowly without me knowing

why not upgrade to beta 2?

I posted a thread regarding my beta 2 issue I was having. iTunes wouldn't let me sync my iPhone 4 once it was installed...the option was greyed out
