Specific E-mail notifications

I did a search for this, but couldn't find anything - sorry if this was discussed before!

I have a 4S running iOS 5.1.1 and I wanted to set up notifications for a specific email sender. Can this be done? I get e-mail from so many places that my phone would be making noise constantly if I turned on a general New Message notification!

iOS 6 will allow you to change tones account specific. No jailbreak
