Battery issues with 10.3.2

A couple sites have reported battery issues with iOS 10.3.2 and the iPhone. Anyone have any idea how real this is or is this the usual FUD we see with every update?

Noticed it on my iPhone SE, but wasn't quite sure cause at the same time I bought an  watch.

But then installed version 10.3.3 public beta 1 and confirmed, in my experience, that in 10.3.2 battery performance wasn't good enough

I've only had my SE for a couple of weeks, all on 10.3.2. Great battery life!

My iPhone 7 Plus was not affected.

Getting worse battery life on this version compared to previous on 7 plus.

Typically end the day around 40-50% if I don't charge while I drive.

Now getting between 30-40% left on same usage.

Noticed that some apps are using more battery, like Facebook (which has gone up about 10%) and Mail.
