What does the "Messages Logging" popup box mean?

It appears to be an iOS issue so hopefully it's resolved soon. Have you tried hard resetting your iPhone? Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down (or volume down button on iPhone 7/7+) simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo.

Yes, I routinely do this every of day. Have you tried typing something in the box and sending it off? I haven't but might to see what happens.

This happens to me few times a week. I have written long messages and pressed OK, it doesn't send them, it says it has saved them, but where I have no clue.

I hope they fix this bug soon at Apple
