Hello everyone I have a 64gb iPhone 5s with 10.0.2 I recently had to restart the phone twice in two days and it flashed to a blue screen that kind of dissolved away and would take forever to reboot does anyone know what is going on?

I do not, but if it were me, I'd assume that iOS, an app or a setting has gotten corrupted and therefore, I'd put the device in DFU mode and restore it. Afterwards, I would set it up as a new device.
