Can't update to iOS 10.0.2

My settings are telling me I can't update to 10.0.2 until my phone finishes its iCloud restore. I do t see anything that indicate it is still restoring.

What would be the best way to go to get the update? Thanks a ton in advance for those who take the time out of their day to respond!

Just manually stop the iCloud restore. It gets stuck like that sometimes.

Not a dumb question at all. I should have included it in my first reply. Settings>iCloud>backup. You'll see the option there.
