Notifications While on The Phone

Hs anyone noticed when you're on a call (either on speaker or via Bluetooth) and the screen goes off, if you get a text, email, etc. the screen will light up but the notification will not appear. Its happened to me several times while I am on the phone in the car. If the phone is not on silent you'll hear the notification sound, screen will light up but nothing appears. I'm on a 6S plus and performed a fresh install, didn't restore from a backup.

Yes I've noticed it throughout the beta process as well. Bugs the crap out of me. I'm on the phone a lot and rely on being able to see th drop downs as notfitications come through. I reported this via the feedback app on several occasions but it remains on the GM version....at least for me.
