Apple is having trouble with authenticating servers cuz everyone got iphone 7/7plus (there are no stocks now) and then everyone is trying to authenticate iphones. iPhone 6 has little problems on ios10. I don't know anything else.

Most are 3rd party apps. iMessage apps and stickers. Tap the App Store icon in messages > Tap the 4 dots in the lower left corner > Tap the + to go to the App Store for stickers and iMessage apps. Many are free.
