can't connect to the app store after ios 10 upgrade. Any advice ?

anyone else having this issue. won't connect to app store.

Millions of people are updating to iOS 10 and their apps.

This causes Apple servers to be slow or non-responsive at times.
Just give it some time.
I'm sure in a few hours when the dust is settled you will be able to connect to all Apple services.
