    Default No more respond to iMessage from Banner notification?

    Am I doing something wrong or is it no longer possible to respond to an iMessage/Text from the notification banner in iOS 10?

    longpress the message and the box will pop up

    Most menus are now force touch or long press.

    Ok, so force touch works for responding to a message from a notification on my iPhone 6S, but how do I do it on my (non-force touch) iPad?
