Launchers

Any one having issues with the notifications from the Launcher app...apps are not opening...wondering if there is a better Launcher app for ios 10. I really liked the option to open location services and wifi options right from the Launcher widget but now it's not working.

When I see people say Launcher, I think of Android Launchers (Apex, Nova, Themer etc.).... being relatively new to iPhone (my 6s is not even 6 months old yet) can you tell me what you mean by Launcher?

The developer said if you want to use Launcher , not to update to iOS 10 yet. He's working on it. Hopefully will have it ready by September.

Oh, it's an app for the notification center. Android Launcher is completely different (like Live wallpaper is completely different), so I wasn't sure what a launcher was in regards to iPhone.
