My Bluetooth has always spun next to "other devices". Is that what you mean? It's searching for other devices. That's normal. If your wifi is grayed out, try tapping the i. Then "forget this network". Then sign back in to your wifi.

I get the spin where the bluetooth on/off toggle should be... And it's the wifi on/off toggle that is grayed out, unable to turn wifi on to even search for networks...

Did you try a hard reset? That first, then if it doesn't work, try Reset All Settings.

I'm using the latest public beta 6 on my phone, 6S Plus. Found something weird earlier, I received a message on WhatsApp from a friend who has a new number. In the app I went to contacts to add the new number to the existing contact details, deleting the old number. I pressed done, but the number didn't save. I tried again, same issue. So I rebooted the phone, and went straight to contacts to update the details, but once again they didn't save.

    Anyone else getting this?

I've done everything I can think of... All the way from a restore to a recovery update back to 9.3.4, and still wifi on/off toggle is grayed out... So, I fell I'm pretty much stuck with a brick until I take into apple. Just seems weird it was working just fine till update.

Did you try any fixes while on 9.3.4? Go to 9.3.4, then try Reset Network Settings.

While that might work for a few days or even less, I recommend you a trip to Apple. They're very friendly, helping and certainly not expensive with repairs.

Call Apple Support. Tell them all you have done. Or as Tartarus said, take to an Apple Store if possible.

According to this article, Apple Support is your option.

I just realised that when I slide down the notification center in an app, it gives a subtle Taptic feedback.

What random icons? The lower left? That's a quick launch for (what appears to be what iOS 10 thinks is) your most used app - in the case of your screenshot, Music.

It's "suggested apps". You can disable that.
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Go to iTunes & App Store and scroll all the way to the bottom
Under Suggested Apps, toggle the switches for My Apps and App Store to the OFF position
    Exit Settings as usual.

I don't think that's correct, at least not anymore (on PB6). The way I turned it off was by going to the search/widget screen, hitting 'Edit' at the bottom, and removing Siri Suggested Apps from the widget list. That stopped the suggested app icon showing up on the lock screen.

Yeah, I see that now. I had just turned it off on my Wife's 5c running iOS 9.3.4 a few days ago. It's still as I stated. 10 is different. Thanks!

The one in your widgets is actually a separate panel in the widgets. Turning that off just takes it out of the widgets, the ghosted icon in the bottom left is still there (at least on mine)

The way it changes it's hard to know sometimes from version to version.
