Hello iMore Community

I am Chris Oldroyd from Newcastle in the North East of England and I have been writing for iMore for just over two years now. I mainly cover news but also have a keen interest in apps that involve TV and video streaming as well as the latest and greatest Kickstarter projects. My main job is designing and selling air conditioning systems for retail and commercial developments across the UK.

The small amount of spare time that I have left after all that is dedicated to my awesome wife and family who keep me young and happy…. Oh and my big crazy Black Labrador Angel, she keeps me fit with her love of long walks in the beautifully countryside where I live.

I am currently using an iPhone 5 as my daily device and also have a trusty iPad 2 which I love very much even though it is two generations back.
