How or where do I find the button to post a thread?

i have made an account already and i've looked and several threads and pages but i dont see the button to make a thread anywhere

I'm going to assume you're using a web browser on a computer.

1. Select "FORUMS" at the top of the screen.
2. Select the forum you want to create a thread in.
3. Afterwards, you will see "POST NEW THREAD" at the top of the thread listing.
4. Select "POST NEW THREAD".
