I'm noticing that while my posts and replies are properly received, instead of getting a proper confirmation page I get the following:

502 Bad Gateway

Again, this problem has not resulted in the loss of any posts... yet.

Yeah, I posted about this a month or so ago, it happens every once in a while, but it's just growing pains. But the more 502 means more traffic which means more money for TiPB and more servers and less 502... it will all work itself out over time

As long as the posts are getting through, which they seem to be, it's nothing more than a minor nuissance.
